Our gift box is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. Digital vouchers are sent to you by email immediately after purchase.
For orders within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.90. Shipping is free for orders over €50.
Yes – simply enter the desired delivery address at checkout. This way you can send the gift box directly to the recipient.
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Other countries will follow soon.
Should your order not have arrived after more than 7 business days, please contact support using our contact form. We will take care of it immediately.
