The gift boxes will arrive at the recipient's address within 2-3 working days.

Vouchers
Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
To redeem the voucher, you need the NeoTaste app, which you can download for free from the App Store or Google Play Store. Then, enter the voucher code within the app.

Yes, invoices are automatically sent via email after the order is completed.
